The TOPGREENER TDOS5-M is a 2-in-1 motion sensor wall switch that combines occupancy and vacancy sensors for energy efficiency, security, and convenience. This in-wall motion sensor switch features a Passive Infrared (PIR) sensor with a 180-degree field of view to automatically turn lights on and off based on the occupancy or vacancy in a room.

The TDOS5-M offers two distinct modes of operation: Occupancy (Auto ON/Auto OFF) and Vacancy (Manual ON/Auto OFF). In Occupancy Mode, the sensor detects occupancy and automatically turns the lights on when motion is detected, and turns them off when no motion is sensed within the adjustable delay time. In Vacancy Mode, the lights must be manually turned on when entering the room, and will automatically turn off when no motion is detected.

This motion sensor wall switch is designed with CDS technology, an automatic ambient light level sensing feature that remembers your preferred on/off behaviors to turn the lights on at your preferred light level. The universal wiring design with interchangeable hot and load wires makes installation easier, and it is compatible with newer homes that have a neutral wire present, as required by modern building codes.

The TDOS5-M has a coverage area of up to 1200 square feet and a 180-degree field of view. It is rated for 120VAC at 60Hz, with a 15A capacity and a 1/6HP motor rating. It can handle up to 360W of CFL/LED or 1800W of incandescent/halogen lighting. The adjustable time delay options range from 15 seconds (test mode) to 30 minutes.

Designed with safety in mind, the TDOS5-M can help prevent trip-and-fall accidents for seniors, children, and employees by automatically turning on the lights when someone enters a room. It can also deter intruders and provide clearer security footage by illuminating the area.

This product is available in a 2-pack with a gray finish. It is UL listed and suitable for single-pole wiring applications, with a neutral wire required for installation. The device dimensions are 2.5" W x 4.5" H x 2.5" D, and it uses #12-14 AWG copper wire with a clamp-type wiring mechanism and a flammability UL 94 V2 rating.
